Introduction
My name is Marsha Pierre. I am a licensed mental health clinician and Ph.D. candidate in marriage and family therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I pursued my desire to become a therapist after working in health care for 20 years. I am passionate about understanding people’s patterns, behaviors, and interactions. I believe in a Bowen and holistic approach that recognizes the value of a healthy mind, body, and spirit. I work with people who are suicidal, depressed, or anxious, assisting them in navigating difficult emotions and establishing a life worth living. I assist couples and families in navigating conflict, communication, and extramarital affairs. My psychoeducation-based therapy technique helps individuals, couples, and families to make long-term changes. Clients leave happy after six to a year, knowing they are better versions of themselves.
